1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer — we’ll email you if there’s a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to destinations across Europe. Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days — Free

• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days — Rs. 299

Delivery estimates can occasionally be affected by customs processing or carrier disruptions beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For shipments into the European Union, orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees charged by the destination country. The recipient is considered the importer of record and is responsible for any such charges.
